Your Bookings

Most activities are confirmed instantly. However, some may take up to 48 hours to confirm.

Yes. Just be sure to provide their details when finalising your booking details to make a booking on behalf of your family and friends. Do note that some vouchers are non-transferrable and can only be used by the person whose details are indicated on the voucher. As such, please make sure that you’ve entered the correct guest details when making your booking.

Here’s what happens after you’ve placed your order on Klook

  1. Once you’ve placed your order, Klook will confirm your booking with the merchant.
  2. Check the package details for more information on how long you can expect to wait for your booking confirmation.
  3. After your booking has been confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation email along with your voucher.
  4. Follow the instructions printed on your voucher to participate in your activity.
  5. Have a great time!

First, check your email’s spam/junk folder. Allow up to 2 hours for instant confirmation products and up to 48 hours for others. If your activity is within 2 hours and you haven’t received your voucher, please call us on +61 400 257 005. If you still can’t find your booking confirmation, email us at bookings@itoursntix.com.au.

If you are trying to make a booking more than a few months away, we may not have those tickets in stock yet. Please check back closer to your activity date to purchase those tickets then. The tickets may also be sold out due to high demand. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Payment & Receipts

Yes, we use secure, third-party payment gateways for processing. We do not keep your credit card details during or after the transaction.

Booking Cancellations & Refunds

You will receive a cancellation email that confirms your booking has been cancelled. As long as you cancel within the terms of the cancellation policy you will receive a refund. If a refund is approved; Your payment for the booking will be refunded to the payment method which you used to book your activity. Depending on your payment method, your refund can take 3-14 days to be reflected in your account. 

We are a tours and attractions reseller, operator terms and conditions can be found on your tour confirmation voucher. Should you wish to amend or cancel your booking we recommend that you contact the tour operator directly, their details will be on your booking confirmation. If you do want to contact us please email us at bookings@itoursntix.com.au.

Booking Modification

Check your email spam/junk folder in case your spam filter has accidentally caught the booking confirmation email. Please allow up to 2 hours to receive your voucher for products with instant confirmation. Some products may require up to 48 hours for confirmation from the supplier. If your tour/activity time is within 2 hours of booking and you have not received your voucher please call us on +61 400 257 005. If you are still unable to find your booking confirmation email, please email us at bookings@itoursntix.com.au.

Gift Vouchers
